Default brows techniques?

I have very little eyebrows and I'm considering permanent makeup so I don't have to draw them every day.

I was wondering which would be the best technique for me as I don't have much (which one is more natural?).

I heard of the new feathering brows method and was wondering if that would be the best for me? Do all technicians or artists do that technique?

thx

Hi there,

There is about 3 different ways to do eyebrows:

1- the pencil solid line. Just like you would draw your brows with a pencil, it's solid (usually brown color) and made up looking. That technique is mainly used for people who wear a lot of makeup.

2- the brush line. Very much like the previous technique, solid and pencil look, but this one is extremely soft and kinda powdery looking. This technique is used for people who usually use powders and brush it on their eyebrows. It's very soft and natural looking.

3- the hair strokes (also called feathered, feathering). This technique is done by tattooing little lines one by one to mimic the hair and create a natural look to the eyebrows. This technique is used for people who just want a natural look and not made up.

I hope this helps.
