Pierre is the owner of “Perfecting Touch Permanent Cosmetics” and has been in business for over 10 years. He works out of 7 locations and is well known in the industry for his masterful technique and highly skilled hands.

He has been called the Leonardo of permanent make up artistry.  Clients come to him from all over Canada and even from the U.S. to have him design their eyebrows or do their eyeliner which he is very well known for creating a natural look. The technique has been called many things from artificial implanting of color pigments to the well known and more known widely heard term the Hair strokes simulation technique for eyebrows. Even thought the work is said to be permanent it only last about 4-7 years. You have to maintain the regularly scheduled follow up’s in order for the look to remain fresh and new as when you first did the procedure. The Pigments fade over time so regular touch ups are very important especially with the lighter colors. Pierre has seen all kinds of imitations in his career and he has helped so many Woman and Men that have come to him to correct and fix what an unprofessional and inexperienced person has done.  It needs to be said that a Permanent tattooing artist and a Permanent Tattooing makeup artist are NOT the same and you should never go to a tattooing pallor to have your makeup done or ever go to a persons home that say’s that they are a tattooing make up specialist unless they are licensed and certified by the health board and their clinic is inspected regularly as is Perfecting Touch. Pierre takes great pride in maintaining a highly sterile environment in his work place to ensure the highest safety standards are carefully implemented.

Pierre get’s booked up very quickly as he is in demand! However Pierre always makes the time to book in for free consultations and never books an procedure with out seeing you first as there are a few important factors that have to be taken into account first. People have asked if the procedures hurt and to help minimise the sensation our clinic uses an antibacterial numbing cream first. Especially, around the eyes and lips as these area’s tend to be very sensitive than the upper eyebrows. "We try our very best to make the experience very pleasurable and as pain free as possible", said Pierre. "But everyone’s pain tolerances are different so we work with you during the procedure to make sure you are comfortable. It would not make much of a difference how much numbing cream we could use, even with the most experienced skilled artistic hands working in the areas of the eyelids and lips one can expect some discomfort. There are a lot of nerve endings in these area’s and having a repetitive needle working in this area over time one will feel the tingling and we ask our clients if they are okay and need a break". Pierre has said that no matter what the cost or pain experienced clients continue to come back because the love the look and the freedom permanent makeup tattooing can provide you. We always recommend that you use a sunscreen on your eyebrows and lips to protect your color. And for the men we ask that they use a very strong waterproof sunscreen on there head to ensure the color is protected but also so you do not get a burn over the hair that has been worked on.
